OK- so I've been doing the ball/neck and shoulder excercises since Wed when i want to Costco (yes a fav of mine too!) and I'm noticiing big difference all ready. I have done a lot of initial physical therapies-- chiropratic myofacial release yoga- yoga som,e PT excercies etc. This sure feels good and it feel like it is destiffening the ND side which gets so stiff i I slack off on stretching- and it feels so good

It seems to pinpoint those particularly hard to reach ouchy areas of my neck and shoulders--- you know the "hurts so good spots"

very exciting- I love massagees and if I were rich I'd have one every month but this seems to be helping me lots
