Mark is correct that Carbocaine is a local anesthetic than can come without a vasoconstrictor. There are varities of Carbocaine that do have a vasoconstrictor in it called "Neocobefrin". The most common local anesthetics that have vasoconstrictors in them are called Lidocaine or Xylocaine. They have epinephrine in them.

Bottom line, you should just ask for an anesthetic that has no vasoconstrictor in it.
