About the size of a nickle. Keep the Oral Cancer Foundation enscribed around the edge, and on the flip side add a additional engraved word.

Mike received this type of ring inside greeting cards that our friends sent every week during his treatment time. Each card contained a ring with a new word appropriate to his point in treatment. He started to put them on his keychain and soon had too many. He picked out some for me that he thought appropriate and bought me a silver necklace to wear them on. Then he gave a few to each of our sons. They carry them on their keychains. It became a symbol of sorts, like we are united and together in this fight.
