Make an appointment in the morning with your doctor and let her (him) do any worrying. No picture you find on the web or any other place will make a diagnosis. Anxiety can actually make strange feelings in the throat. Stop letting your imagination get to you. Make that appointment and let us know what happens. 
Mark, 21 Year survivor, SCC right tonsil, 3 nodes positive, one with extra-capsular spread. I never asked what stage (would have scared me anyway) Right side tonsillectomy, radical neck dissection right side, maximum radiation to both sides, no chemo, no PEG, age 40 when diagnosed.
