"Above & Beyond" Member (500+ posts) Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 716 | I always sweat when eating spicy foods...But basically, what Jerry's research is saying, is that the nerve damage throws our sweat glands into overdrive to get rid of excess fluid that our damaged salivary glands cannot....Too bad it wasn't the other way around...I suppose that would cause another set of issues, like drooling. LOL
