There is more to the message than the science. A compelling human story, that gets the core message out is the most important thing. Passion trumps science in leaving a message and changing behaviors. All the small nuances of this subject that I know are not necessary to get the public informed. Clearly, David is way strong enough to do this, and I think we all agree that having a beautiful young woman on GMA recently, certainly is more compelling to get the message out, appeals to the group most at risk so they will pay attention, than this weathered old bird spouting science. Leave me to the cancer symposiums and university doctors, and put a person that speaks with conviction and conveys a compelling human story out in front of the world.
