It really did I could not believe how much I missed it. Well to be honest I did know lol...I don't think I am strong enough to do every day but filling in like I have done well it was good for me and good for the people there it let them know I was OK and I won!!!

My only regret is that it is now the shut down part of the year...because of the cold I will have to wait until spring to get right back in the swing of things but until then well I know that I can do it...
