Are you possibly anemic?? My sis had very severe heart pain caused by her anemia...she was hospitalized with a possible heart attack when they diagnosed the low blood counts. Once she had her hysterectomy, stopped her blood loss, and got her blood counts in order...no more pain.
Just a thought but with your weight issues and all I thought I would mention it.

FOLLOWUP: Now only annual exams. ALL CLEAR!
