Like you i had the dissection and partial tongue removal . Then ended by it coming back and then had to have the rads and chemo . Should have had those 2 1st . I have no signs of anymore so the Drs have told me. Last one told me that Monday of this week. I think we remain afraid of it, but that could be good so we watch more closely than we did the 1st time.

Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
