The overriding goal is to get calories into their body each and every day in the smallest amount of time. Forget taste, forget organic, forget vegetarian, forget everything except survival. That's why many of us resort to Carnation Instant Breakfast VHC which has 560 calories in a small 8 oz can.

Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
