Hi Marie,

When I first read up on the treatment my Dad had to have; I was sick about it. Then I chatted with people online (another website) who went thru it and they all provided me (still do) with so much help info and support. I found some of the stuff I read pretty scary; and you have to watch what you read.

The feeding tube scared me too; but my Dad was fine about it.

My Dad is 69 he finished his 7 week treatment on June 2/06. 35 radiations and 3 chemo's.

You can email me if you have any specific questions about treatment. You should start a new topic thread and I'm sure you will get lots of info.

This website is great!

Marie did you dr tell you that you might need a neck dissection?
