Those devices that Pete gave you the link to look like an electrolaryx to me. They make you sound like R2D2. You may need to use something like until you get a TEP or if you are not eligble for TEP. Some people use esophageal speech, but it is difficult to learn. To do this, you need to swallow air and burp it back up as you speak. Some sounds are easier than others and I haven't even be able to learn the easier ones.
