Congrats on finishing the treatments. Hopefully you are feeling a little better except for the neck and excessive mucous. That will change very soon. For me, first came the gobs of mucous then came dry mouth. Both can be bothersome but it does get better.
I also went thru a period where I couldnt talk, mine lasted abotu 3 weeks. Hope yours gets better soon, writing everything can be such a pain. Do you have something to put on your neck? I used the beta-val cream and covered it with gauze when it was like that. I dont have even one scar now, it healed perfectly which amazed me. Wishing you a speedy and easy recovery.
