Your post brings back unpleasant memories. The good news is that sooner than you think it will be just that: a memory of an unpleasant time. Even better news is that that memory will fade. My mucous flow was so bad that I had to carry around with me everywhere a "spit bucket" (a cylindrical cooler 12" tall with a 6" wide mouth) It came in very handy in the waiting rooms for radiation and doctor visits as all to often the bathrooms were full or occupied plus I would have have been in there every five minutes, not to mention the car rides to and from those appointments. I was so relived when my condition improved enough (two weeks AFTER all radiation) to "graduate" to a "spit cup" (one of those over sized coffee travel mugs)
