Keep your hydration and nutrition at optimal levels, not an easy task. Your wife is an angel and your best ally in this battle. I resorted to charting my Bill's feedings to make sure he was getting enough every day. Make sure you are swallowing something everyday even when it hurts like heck. I would put a small bottle of Gatorade Rain beside Bill everyday and that way I could monitor what he was getting down...he fussed BUT he was off the PEG within a week and 1/2 of ending treatment.
