I was evaluated at Roswell Park and the doctors there have recommended another partial glossectomy, neck dissection and left mandible resection. They would also do a radial forearm free flap and instert a PEG. A recommendation on radiation and chemo would depend on the results of biopsy.

SCC age 53 left tongue, floor of mouth, gums in 10/06, BOT 8/10. Never smoked, HPV-. Partial glossectomy 1/07. Additional tumors removed 3/07, 5/08 and 6/08. Surgery 8/09 w/graft. Cisplatin, Erbitux, Taxotere 1/10 Erbitux & radiation 4/10. Esophogeal stricture 8/12.
