I don't know if you can spell-check posts. You certainly can Preview Post (if you are doing the Quick Reply form, it's Preview Reply), which will allow you to read over what you have written and make corrections before you hit the Submit button. You can also Edit your post for several hours after it's added to the thread.

April 2006: Husband dx by dentist with leukoplakia on tongue. Oral surgeon's biopsy 4/28/06: Moderate dysplasia; pathology report warned of possible "skip effect." ENT's excisional biopsy (got it all) 5/31/06: SCC in situ/small bit superficially invasive. Early detection saves lives.
