Thanks guys for all the great zucchini recipies. Very soon, I will be over loaded with zucchini. Probably be eating it daily.
When I found out in April that my cancer had returned, I wasnt sure if I would bother with a garden or not. By the time the tomatoes and zucchini were ripe last year, I was unable to eat anything. Im so glad I did decide to do a garden this year.
