It is with all the soy milks but these days they have all sorts of other milks too. There is a naturally flavored hazlenut milk that is deliciou and especially when combined into a shake with creamy caramel ice cream. I know right at the end of radiation I couldn't taste anything sweet but that others here have said they kept their sweet taste all the way through. The hazlenut milk is definitely sweet but not just corn-syrup sweet as so many other things are (including Boost and most of those other nutrition drinks) and high in calories and reasonably nutritious so I thought I'd recommend it.
