Sophia, The forumla I get is stuff you buy. But you could probably make something pretty equivalent by mixing up milk, soymilk, protein powder, some water soluble fiber (such as Metamucil here--I don't know what it would be called in Greece, maybe some honey, and a ground up mutivitamin. If you are blending up fruit, if your PEG is as narrow as mine, I'd recommend first running it through a sieve with a fairly tight mesh so that you get out any of the chunks of fiber that could clog up your tube. Same with any liquid with ground up meat in it.
