Seriously, I know we dentists get a bad rap and unfortunately, as in any field or profession, there are some bad apples. People always "talk" about their bad experiences and that's why I always tell my patients to spread the word, eg that the root canal DIDN'T hurt and get us some good publicity.
And Eileen, as you know I'm just across the river...let me prove to you that I speak the truth.
