I've only had the one root canal done (effing expensive!). Took 3 or 4 visits - I have weird teeth and roots - and it still hurts a bit, but then again is that perhaps from the others going out in sympathy? :rolleyes: And my dentist asks me why I don't like seeing him...dentists, I'm sure are sadists (sorry Jerry).

All I can say is good luck Eileen, and when I have more moolah I'll visit my sadist again, (lie back and think of England as they said in old Pommy movies)....
