I had chronic ear problems because of narrowing of the outer canal BEFORE I had treatment for oral cancer and when I see my ENT he often has to pick hard wax out of my ear. But he told me he doesn't think my radiation should have caused ear problems--the radiation wasn't close enough to any of the ear structures.
