Take a note book and while you are talking to the doctors take lots of notes. This is going to go over everyone's head that is present. You want to understand as much as possible, but still people that have been told they have cancer only hear about half of what is said, and half of that they don't remember because they are still in shock. What you don't get after the appointments, or the doctors don't explain to you in detail, come back here and ask questions... we have all been through it and can help you through the understanding phase.
