Are they going to be frying ALL her saliva glands? If so, I would suggest she take Salagen or equivalent to help preserve her salivary function. I did and do not suffer from a dry mouth. It is not as moist as normal but I have enough saliva to not be walking around with a water bottle, albeit it a little thick. Takes a little adjusting to determine how much you need and if you guys are in a humid area of FL she may not be able to take it. I would get 5 minute bouts of perspiring about a half hour after taking the pill. The only time I had a problem was when the humidity was about 100% with the same temp. But like evrything else, it affects all of us differently. Some can tolerate it and some can't. I think it is worth a try and if it bothers her, you just stop taking it.

Take care,
Eileen
