Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 3,552 | Pizza is no problem for me today - I was able to eat my first pizza around 2 months post Tx. Chicken is trickier since most places overcook it. It either has to be moist or with lots of sauce. Meat I order "charded rare" so it's nice and juicy.
