Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 5,260 | I was never informed much about my teeth with the aug 3rd surgery, but since this reoccurence, Now that I need rad implants I have been told quite a few things including,, The Teeth have to go. Saw the oral surgeon this morning and he will remove all of them in the next few days. The implants shrink you gums and rot the teeth thereby causing infection. OC is bad enough without getting infections too. hope this helps somewhat.
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
