Yes Trotti oversees my post Tx followup. He has been at least in the loop on all decisions. I saw three different docs at Moffitt. Dr Trotti, my RO; Dr Padhya who is Chief of Oral Surgery (he found my primary)and Dr Tan, short for Tanvenyettan, my MO. Some initial scans were ordered by DR Tan and some by Trotti. I used to see all three every couple months with blood work each time and a scan thrown in every so often. Now I only alternate between Trotti and Padhya every 6 months or so and I haven't had a scan in probably 6 months or so. They still love to scope me which I enjoy now as much as I did the first 200 times !! I really like all my docs and their nurses and I never saw anyone else. Trotti is the type that you can diffently talk to and ask him any question about Bill's recovery Tx at Moffitt. I remember complaining to Trotti once about the lack of coordination within Moffitt when I had to be admitted to their hospital overnight as the hospital docs didn't even seem to know that I was a cancer patient being treated as an outpatient. Within a day or so the President of the Hospital called me at home and talked to me for over an hour asking me for my suggestions.
