The itchiness is likely from the Erbitux. Our docs wouldn't let my husband put much on it until post treatment. The one suggestion we got here that helped a little was to use head and shoulders shampoo as a body wash and then pat (not rub) dry.

That Erbitux is difficult to handle. But, once treatment subsides it does get better quickly. And, then there are more options for treating it.
