Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,219 | Yes, Colleen is correct that it COULD be from trauma. Somewhat like a black and blue mark. Your first description with the greyish center seemed like an aphthous ulcer.
Hopefully on Tuesday, you will find out that this is nothing to worry about.
