Please use us, rely on us and ask questions. If you place your thumb from your left hand on the lump and your index finger from your right hand under your tongue can you feel the lump? Does it hurt? Is it sort of soft or hard? Does it move easily? Approx. how big is it, BB marble or gumball? How close to your chin is it?
Answer these questions and I may be able to shed a little light on the subject.
Thinking about you.
Cheers,
Mike
