Hello Everyone, I had my Pet scan Wed. called PD yesterday who gave me what I believe is great news. I had full body scan and only a 1cmm spot showed up in throat. He also said carcinoma in situ would also light up.

Surely such a tiny spot doesn't require the stripping away of my esophagus, voice box, raising stomach etc like the chief of staff was going to do to me in HUP. I'm so angry with him I'm having a problem getting over it. They say time heals all wounds, I hope so.

Now I've a problem finding an ENT to remove this without butchering me. Going to call Ins. Co. Monday and see if they can help.
