He had thrush and was given Diflucan 100 mg daily nine days ago and it doesn't seem to have gotten rid of it. He was also give Nystatin mouth rinse two days ago and if anything it looks worse. He also has little blisters and what I would call scorched areas. His tongue and back of his throat has more of the white patches. needless to say eating or drinking anything is very painful. How long do the mouth sores keep appearing? Any ideas? We are back from MD Anderson and feel at a loss of who to contact(what kind of doctor) now that we are here. Any suggetstion would be aprreciated.
