Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 26 | This is an issue that was never even discussed with me. I was taking Lortab pre-surgery and developed a severe case of constipation and had no idea why. One of our friends, who is a nurse, suggested stool softeners and they worked well. It amazes me these Dr.s ignore this issue. The pain was excruciating.
11/28/2006. Left lateral tongue, partial glossectomy, T3, moderately differentiated. 12 lymph nodes from neck, all clear. IMRT, 30X, ended 02/21/2007.
