I have two humidifiers in my bedroom and, if I don't wake up during the night to gargle with biotene and drink water, my tongue is sandpaper-dry, and swollen, in the morning. When it's like that if it rubs against my teeth, even lightly, it can bleed a little bit. Once I rinse in the AM, it ius always OK though.
