Karen - I'm glad that your Mom is getting the care that she needs and the family support that you are all providing for her. I'm sure it must be a trying time for your Dad as well. I can well understand your gratitude for the Canadian system of health care. My children and I were Canadian residents (living in Quebec) for a couple of years and it was amazing, the wonderful health care we received while living there. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
