You don't mention if you hae a PEG feeding tube to assist you in keeping your nutrition and hydration up. If you do not, and you are losing weight it is time to talk to your doctors about this. Pain meds cause constipation, and of course your new diet ( or lack of a proper one) is not helping matters. See if you can get some Senekot, and try drinking Ensure with fibre to help the situation.
