Hello Mary,
I loved barbecue food too before I was ill. Today, I still eat roasted or smoked meat occasionally but in little quantity. Chinese doctors are very much against this type of food. I guess eating too much of this kind of food is bad for health, not just to cancer patients but to ordinary people as well.
