I forgot to mention some tea from Traditional Medicinals, Throat Coat, that I bought at Whole Foods on the urging of my sister-in-law. There is a lemon version that was great. It is intended to be used by people with sore throats and my sister-in-law heard me complaining (whining as Susan and Kris would put it :p ) about my sore throat and recommended it.
