In order to stay on the policy I have to be "working full time", described as 30+ hours a week.
How is this applied while one is out on Medical Leave (ie: 6 weeks of radiation)..?
Also, does anyone have experience with Section 125 FSP..?
We are setting one up for our company and so far no health related questions. They'll problably start later :-) Even though we signed up for this a couple weeks before I knew I had a problem.
I've had them before at our other companies we've owned and they are great, especially when used in combo with a decent Health Insurance plan.
Our current company policy states that any employee facing a life threatening illness is granted up to 90 days for medical leave with full pay and benefits, in addition to the FMLA requirements.
