Four weeks ago I finished treatment for squamous cell carcinoma that had moved to the lymph nodes on the right side of my neck. The cancer originally started at the base of my tongue but there are no traces of cancer in my tongue now. I had 39 radiations and 8 concurrent Chemo treatments. (Cisplatin and Taxol). During the radio-chemo I lost no hair, but now after 4 weeks my hair has started to fall abundantly. Is this normal? Has anyone gone thru this?
