Hi Stephen i personally did not have esophageal cancer but my mother in law did. She had chemo (cysplating), radiation and just recently surgery where they removed a part of her esphagos. After her surgery she was advised that for the rest fo ther life she could not sleep flat on her body. so now she has to sleep on a bit of an incline but she does not mind. By the way she recovered just fine and so will you.
