Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 3,552 | IMRT is all over the place. I am sure it would be available in So. Cal. In No. Cal, Stanford, UCSF, Alta Bates and many smaller regional radiation treatment centers have it. Varian has a list of installed units on their site. I was treated on a Siemens machine. (UCSF has 6 IMRT machines). There is one within walking distance of my house but wasn't one of Kaiser's contractors. Feel free to email me personally if you want to know my experience with it. I finished treatment a week ago today.
