Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 26 | I hear many of you talking about PET Scans. Should I be concerned I have never had one either pre or post treatment? I had a Cat Scan during the diagnosis stage but, am now almost 7 months post surgery and it has never been mentioned. I have a great, well respected surgeon and am being treated at Emory so, my gut tells me to relax but, just wanted to hear your thoughts.
11/28/2006. Left lateral tongue, partial glossectomy, T3, moderately differentiated. 12 lymph nodes from neck, all clear. IMRT, 30X, ended 02/21/2007.
