Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 218 | Hi, I posted a story to the news section of the OCF website today about the use of heat in combination with chemo and/or radiotherapy to increase the effectiveness of chemo and rad. http://www.oralcancerfoundation.org/news/story.asp?newsId=1349 Has anyone on the board ever been treated in this manner? I've searched the forums but got no hits. If the article is accurate, it seems like a promising multimodal treatment path. - Sheldon
