Joined: May 2002 Posts: 2,152 | Don't know if this would apply to your situation, but when I had a second node pop up after the original one 3 weeks earlier came back negative from the FNA biospy, they did a surgical biopsy on the second one and I had the bad results an hour later. This was a same day procedure, but it is surgery so they put you under.
