Do it! Do it! Do it! there is so much helpful information on this site from very caring people who've been where you are. Do it not just for yourself, but for the people that love you and care about you and your recovery. My son was originally scheduled for 35 Rad treatments but doctor reduced them to 30 with two healing breaks during the process because of the soreness inside his mouth. Now he only has two more to go. The coping suggestions we received from these wonderful "pushy" people have really made a difference!
