Congratulations on the negative results! Now, I hope that you can quit smoking because you know what it felt like to have that panic in the pit of your stomach. You dodged the bullet this time. I any of those white areas are not gone within three months of the day you quit smoking, have them removed by an oral surgeon. Better safe then sorry because, statistically, they have about a 50% chance of becoming precancerous.
