I had the free flap reconstrution and all has gone well. Except for the removal of my teeth and some diffuculty eating with the top denture. I couldnt have bottom dentures because my tongue is sewn to the bottom of my mouth- My problem now is new ulcerated tissue keeps growing on my cheek. I had two removed in June which were cancer free. My doctor says it is my body over healing and a reaction to my metal jaw? I now have another one. It is not white like the cancer was. I go back Wednesday to have it checked. Have any of you experienced this problem before? I am afraid it will eventually turn into cancer again. | | |
