Joined: Sep 2022 Posts: 1 | My mother will be having surgery for tongue cancer on her 98 birthday. The plan is to remove the cancer and sew it back together.
There are not plans for radiation or chemo due to her age. Doctor does not think lymph node involved but will remove one to check. I am wondering if during the surger to remove the cancer is a lot of bleeding involved. Appreciate any comments. Thank you | | |
